Reaching Your Potential
An Impulse Workshop for Systematic Job-Hunting
29.10.25, 9:00 - 16:30

Just for Students of the OTH Regensburg
In Germany, only one in three positions is filled through public advertising. It’s no different in other countries. This means that numerous exciting jobs remain hidden from the usual kind of job search.
Many applicants don’t know how to systematically tap into this “hidden” part of the job market. What’s more, many are unsure of their abilities and therefore find it difficult to describe their skills or formulate career goals.
- In this full-day impulse seminar, you will find learn about the practical application of method known as Life/Work-Planning (LWP).
- What am I capable of? Learn to identify the talents you really want to use in your career.
- What do I want to do professionally? Discover how to develop new career alternatives by combining your skills and interests. Try out tools for determining your own skills and preferred working environment.
- How do I get there? Learn about a strategy for systematically conducting a market analysis to identify companies that suit you in the hidden job market.
Please note the registration deadline, as all participants will receive a preparatory package one week in advance.

The Trainer:
Marc Buddensieg
L/WP trainer and career planning expert from Hanover, studied social sciences in his hometown and in Cardiff (UK). He completed his trainer training with John Carl Webb, himself a student and co-trainer of Richard Bolles and Daniel Porot.
You can count on me for that:

Authentic and vivid communication
Instead of theoretical babble and empty phrases, I bring complex issues to life with live visualizations. Enriched with many practical examples from former participants or myself. Because I live and practice the methods I teach.
Activate the human factor
I guide groups to interact with each other in an appreciative and productive manner so that everyone benefits from the group. Through feedback, sharing ideas, and experiencing that “others feel the same way.” Because support from other minds is a tremendous “boost”!
Specializing in life/work planning
I find the number almost unbelievable, but since 2003, I have supported over 20,000 people with life/work planning in more than 850 events. And I have led over 125 intensive seminars. Because I specialize in the life/work planning method.
